VISUAL ANALYSIS

Foam: creamy head light beige color, small bubbles. Medium persistence, medium adhesion to the glass surface.
Appearance: orange/ copper color, orange reflections, a little opalescent.
Effervescence: medium effervescence, small bubbles.

OLFACTORY ANALYSIS

Scent/ olfactory sensation: toasted bread and toasted notes, caramel, orange and citrus fruit (pink grapefruit). As it warms up lovely perfume of gingerbread, spices and bitter grapefruit.

GUSTATORY PERCEPTION

Tactile sensation: well carbonatated, medium body.
Taste: at the first sip a rude, intense bitter taste, than malty and caramel notes.

Olfacto-Gustatory sensation/ back aroma: the intensity of the back aroma is intense, the durability is good. At the first sip you can taste a the fruity bitterness, burned malt, citrus, pepper, balsamic hints. At the end, a pleasant dry sensation (prolonged) and reminiscences of licorice.

OVERALL IMPRESSION: round, balanced and pleasant, easygoing IPA.

VEG FOOD PAIRING: tortillas with guacamole, ripe cheese with a spoon of mustard, nice paired with “aglio, olio e peperoncino” pasta!
