VISUAL ANALYSIS

Foam: fluffy white, the small bubbles creates a creamy head. Very persistent, great adhesion to the glass surface.
Appearance: orange/ copper color, deep golden reflections, a little opalescent.
Effervescence: medium effervescence, small bubbles.

OLFACTORY ANALYSIS

Scent/ olfactory sensation: medium intensity, invitant aroma. Toasted cereal, pink grapefruit, citrus. As it warms up hints of dried apricot, papaya, peach and resin.

GUSTATORY PERCEPTION

Tactile sensation: well carbonatated, medium body.
Taste: at the first sip an intense fruity-bitter taste; later toasted cereal.

Olfacto-Gustatory sensation/ back aroma: At the first sip you can taste a the fruity bitterness, again citrus (grapefruit and orange peel) and tropical fruit. Reminiscence of yellow pulp fruit and toasted bread, a little of caramel (more like bunt- caramel). At the end, a pleasant, prolonged dry sensation cleans up your mouth. The intensity of the back aroma is discrete, the durability is noticeable.

OVERALL IMPRESSION: fruity, balanced, enjoyable IPA. Well done Mauro!
