We wake up every morning and start talking about beer from sun rising to night.

And sometimes we also drink some good beer in the meanwhile.


Monica is a beer lover.


She was born in Veneto countryside, in a house where love, wine and food were (are) sacred.

She studied at Maffioli School for tourism and catering, later at the University of Padua where she has been graduated with honors in Science and Culture of Gastronomy and Catering.

Monica is a graduate Biersommelier at DOEMENS Akademie (Munich), and now she is studying to became a “Certified Member of the Institute of Masters of Beer” (DOEMENS e.V.)

Monica has discovered and fortified her passion for beer during her studies and her nights out. This helped her a lot, because after a period in the wine world, she moved from Montalcino’s hills (Tuscany) to the sunny Riviera Romagnola to start her adventure in the beer business… And here she is: she’s happily working for a beer distributor, a beer e-commerce, and an Italian brewery as business developer, contributor, marketing assistant and biersommelier.

Andrea is a beer consultant. 


He studied at the University of Milan and attended a master in Marketing & Sales at IED institute. He’s says he’s not able in beer tasting, he’s just able in drinking and says if the beer is going to sell a lot of liters.

He has been a beer love since ever and in craft beer market for 5 years, managing sales and marketing for different beer projects and breweries. And he is now in charge of export and marketing for an Italian craft brewery.

He has a commercial background and his focus is exclusively on beer market, studying how market is moving, where new trend is coming from, where consumer is moving.

Andrea’s goal is to reach all these info and share them with his costumers, helping them in making good and conscious beer businesses. A beer consultant, they say.
