VISUAL ANALYSIS
Foam: ivory colour, mousse-like. Long lasting and adhesive to the glass surface.
Appearance: copper, orange/ deep golden reflections. Rather crystalline.
Effervescence: low.
OLFACTORY ANALYSIS
Scent/ olfactory sensation: caramel and fruit (cherry, plum) spices and a touch of toasted wood. A touch of alcohol and freshly baked butter biscuit.
Intensity of aroma: medium.
GUSTATORY PERCEPTION
Tactile sensation: medium/ thin body. Medium carbonation.
Intensity of aroma: medium.
Taste: mainly sweet; bitterness is soft, pleasant and spicy/ fruity.
Olfacto- Gustatory sensation/ back aroma: caramel besides a touch of resin, spices aroma, sweet biscuit taste, red fruit (I feel something like red cherry and a lot of strawberries) and bubble gum, maracuja.
OVERALL IMPRESSION: super pleasant, thirst quenching even if it is structured, warm, round and pretty malty.
VEG FOOD PAIRING: ripe, salty and rich cheeses (cow and goat), baked stuff (peppers, potatoes, carrots and aubergine), roasted onions and spicy burritos.
