VISUAL ANALYSIS

Foam: white, small bubbles. Abundant, short persistence.
Appearance: beautiful pale red/ intense pink with orange reflections.
Effervescence: high.

OLFACTORY ANALYSIS

Scent/ olfactory sensation: roses, karkadé, bergamot and lime, bread and yeast.
Intensity of aroma: light but complex.

Refinement of aroma: pleasant and fine.

GUSTATORY PERCEPTION

Tactile sensation: good effervescence, thin and watery body besides a pleasant sourish taste.
Intensity of aroma: low, elegant.
Taste: moderate sourness, fine bready sweetness.
Olfacto- Gustatory sensation/ back aroma: citrus (green lemon, bergamot), yeast and white bread, a touch of lemon, roses and something that reminds me of red berries and pink tea.

Persistence of aroma/ end: short

OVERALL IMPRESSION: light, fresh and feminine as its name.

VEG FOOD PAIRING: fresh and fruity salads, ricotta stuffed fresh pasta, desserts with strawberries, berries, creme fresh or custard.
